Over the last thirty years, FEDEPE has become established as a partner, representative and consultant for national and international institutions in the area of Gender Equality. We are an advisory body to the United Nations and have also been recognised as a Public Utility Entity by the Government of Spain.

Our shared project consists of modelling a professional environment where women can reach the natural level of empowerment that their training, experience and professional value confers.

This business transformation process must be linked to a change in corporate culture and it must be led by women themselves.

We are firm advocates of the economic and productivity benefits derived from effective gender equality in managerial positions. We want to share this view with companies and institutions and encourage them to embrace the advantages of change.

Year after year we have joined mutual understanding, allies and friends, both male and female, who have trusted in our work and our challenge.

We have built networks here in our country, between women, associations and other entities with similar objectives. But we have also opened our window to the world by participating and cooperating in the European and international framework of fora and initiatives, as well as agreements with other organisations.
